We invite all Bluebell Kitchen couples to come to our studio for a cake tasting and consultation. Here we will talk about design ideas, look at mood boards and Pinterest inspiration and most importantly, sample some flavours!
Flavour is the first lady in our kitchen and at the forefront of what we do. We are always looking to bring a new twist to traditional flavours, reinventing, re-designing and pushing the boundaries of traditional baking.
Each flavour is intrinsically laced into every layer of sponge to ensure a taste that is tangible within the cake. It’s not about simply adding a flavoured icing but instead baking it into the cake, integrating it into every element, folding flavour into all that we do.
We are always testing (and of course tasting) new ideas. Creating carrot cake with a buttercream frosting infused with a hint of orange. Our Raspberry Red Velvet has real raspberries in it, making the cake softer yet richer and with a fruitful, juice-full element. Our Peach and Prosecco has hand-poured prosecco added to the mixture before it enters the oven - we have tried and tested, tasted and perfected to get the measurements and mixtures perfect.
Forever creating new flavours, pretty much anything is possible. If we don’t have the flavour you would like we are happy to create it especially – finding new flavours is what we love most. And it’s not just our classic cakes that taste incredible, our macarons are second to none. Whether a fresh and fruity passionfruit and mango, a zingy and zesty lemon or a tantalising rich and decadent chocolate ganache, our macaron towers have taste at the centre.
