We have spent a long time taste testing the most exquisite wedding cake flavours in our Kent cake design studio. These are baked just for you in our indulgent flavour combinations. Ingredients are at the heart of your cake design and are more than simply eggs, butter, sugar and flour. They are the essence of your dream wedding cake.

Each tier of your cake includes four layers of cake flavours and fillings.  Delicious homemade sponge filled with fresh buttercream and jams then covered with scrumptious chocolate ganache which creates a smooth surface before adding a flawless finish of sweet fondant icing.  We also offer a rich, textured buttercream finish.

Vanilla Berry:  Our signature twist on a classic.  Madagascan vanilla bean sponge layered with a silky vanilla buttercream and homemade summer berry jam

Luscious Lemon:  Mouthwatering lemon sponge swirled with Sicilian lemon curd and a light lemon buttercream

Orange Blossom & Almond:  Fluffy Valencian orange oil sponge infused with delicate orange blossom water complemented with a bold almond buttercream

Coconut and Blueberry:  Creamy coconut sponge layered with coconut buttercream and homemade blueberry jam…unbelievably moreish

Lemon, Yuzu & Blackberry:  Light lemon sponge, layered with lemon and zingy yuzu buttercream and a delicious homemade blackberry jam

Peach Melba:  Alternating layers of sweet peach and rich raspberry sponge filled with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and homemade raspberry jam

Tipsy Champagne & Strawberry: Indulge yourself with a Marc de Champagne & strawberry infused sponge filled with layers of the lightest buttercream and champagne and strawberry conserve

Carrot Cake: Lightly spiced carrot cake filled with plump sultanas and a hint of orange buttercream

Rich Chocolate: Decadent dark chocolate and caramel sponge layered with an extravagant Belgian chocolate buttercream

Valencian Orange Chocolate: Light chocolate sponge gently layered with a mouthwatering Valencian orange infused chocolate buttercream

Raspberry Red Velvet: Our version of rich red velvet cake baked with luscious raspberries and finished with a homemade raspberry jam and Madagascan vanilla buttercream

Cappuccino Coffee: Lush coffee infused Madagascan Vanilla and Coffee sponge accompanied with rich layers of coffee buttercream

Salted Caramel: Brown sugar caramel sponge layered with rich, gooey salted caramel sauce and fluffy Madagascan vanilla buttercream

Rich Fruit Cake: Rich traditional fruit cake filled with brandy soaked sultanas, currants, raisons, cherries and candied peel finished with marzipan and a sweet fondant icing.

Toffee Apple Crumble: Sticky toffee apple sponge complemented with a dusting of cinnamon, Madagascan vanilla buttercream and homemade blackberry jam
