We have spent a long time taste testing the most exquisite wedding cake flavours in our Kent cake design studio. These are baked just for you in our indulgent flavour combinations. Ingredients are at the heart of your cake design and are more than simply eggs, butter, sugar and flour. They are the essence of your dream wedding cake.

Each tier of your cake includes four layers of cake flavours and fillings.  Delicious homemade sponge filled with fresh buttercream and jams then covered with scrumptious chocolate ganache which creates a smooth surface before adding a flawless finish of sweet fondant icing.  We also offer a rich, textured buttercream finish.

Triple Chocolate

Light chocolate sponge layered with a rich chocolate buttercream, salted caramel sauce and dark chocolate ganache.

Vanilla Berry

Madagascan vanilla bean sponge enriched with vanilla buttercream and fresh and fruity summer berry jam.

Carrot Cake

A deliciously moist and “yummy” carrot cake full of sultanas and mixed spices layered with a hint of Sicilian orange buttercream.

Luscious Lemon

Mouthwatering lemon sponge filled with an out of this world (yes we really think so!) lemon buttercream.

Coconut & Blueberry

Moist Coconut sponge layered with a rich blueberry and coconut cream buttercream...unbelievably “moreish”.

Raspberry Red Velvet

Our version of a rich red velvet sponge baked with fresh raspberries and finished with a rich raspberry and vanilla buttercream…highly addictive!

Rich Fruit Cake

Rich traditional fruit cake filled with brandy soaked sultanas, currants, raisons, cherries and candied peel finished with marzipan and a sweet fondant icing.

Raspberry Ripple

Madagascan Vanilla sponge filled with tiny raspberry pieces layered with a creamy white chocolate and raspberry ganache buttercream and raspberry conserve.

Chocolaty Orange

Light chocolate sponge layered with a decadent chocolate orange buttercream.

Tipsy Strawberry
& Champagne

For the perfect indulgence, Marc De Champagne and strawberry conserve swirled into our signature Madagascan vanilla sponge finished with a champagne syrup buttercream.

Cappuccino Coffee

Rich dark coffee infused Madeira sponge filled with alternating layers of light coffee and vanilla buttercream.

Peach Melba

Hellenic peach conserve swirled into our light Madagascan vanilla sponge filled with alternating layers of raspberry and peach infused buttercream.

Salted Caramel

Sweet Caramel sponge layered with rich, gooey salted caramel sauce and salted caramel buttercream.

Tutti Frutti

Moist banana and caramel sponge finished with alternating layers of white chocolate ganache and raspberry buttercream.

Peach, Passion Fruit
& Mango

An indulgent peach sponge laced with layers of citrusy passion fruit and mango curd drizzled into a rich tropical fruity buttercream.

Raspberry Fizz

Raspberry and Prosecco infused Madagascan vanilla sponge filled with layers of the lightest prosecco buttercream and raspberry and prosecco conserve.

Dark Chocolate
& Passion Fruit

Rich Madagascan vanilla and exotic passion fruit sponge filled with a decadent dark chocolate ganache buttercream.

Cookies & Cream

A cake with a whole layer of Oreos cookies! More chunks of cookie crumble whipped into a rich chocolate sponge then layered with Oreo cookie crumb Madagascan vanilla buttercream.
