Our luxury cakes, macarons and afternoon teas can be enjoyed at any time from our online shop selection. Each cake and bake is expertly made using our carefully crafted recipes. Our moist, indulgent and sublime gourmet flavours ensure your cake is irresistibly delicious. We make all of our own flavoursome jams and conserves.

Everyone needs to find the time for a little indulgence. Our online selection include hand painted Christmas designs, sumptuous rich chocolate drip, moreish macarons and handmade gingerbread to name a few. These are made just for you or as a delicious treat for someone very special to you. Simply choose your favourite and order online. Our cakes and bakes include exquisite vegan, dairy free and without gluten options (where possible). Now, you too can have your cake and eat it, no matter what your dietary requirements are.

We request a minimum of 5 days’ notice to order your cakes, macarons or gingerbread. Dates can fill up quickly, so we always recommend ordering as early as possible. If you want to pre-order in advance for a particular date, no problem just add a message into the ‘notes’ section when you order. All of our online cakes and macarons gift boxes can be recycled…even the hand tied ribbon.

How do I place an order?

Simply click on the design that you love and choose the size, flavour and dietary requirement. If you experience any problems, please phone us on 01622 210980.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes we can take your order over the phone and then invoice you directly – we’re unable to take card payments over the phone. Please note your order is not confirmed until full payment is made.

Do you offer vegan, free from dairy and/ or without gluten cakes?

Yes we offer delicious plant based cakes, without dairy products and without gluten products where possible. When you choose a design (if applicable) you can choose to opt for a vegan, without dairy or without gluten.

We aren’t a specialist bakery and use a lot of wheat flour (gluten), milk, eggs, soya, sulphites and nuts in our kitchen as standard.

Please note that all cakes and bakes are made using equipment that handles wheat (gluten), butter (milk), eggs, milk, soya, sulphites, nuts.

All of our products are UNSUITABLE for nut allergies.

Will you provide allergens details?

Yes, a full allergen list can be found on each cake/ cookies/ macaron product page. We also provide a full allergen list on collection/ postal delivery.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

We request a minimum of 5 days’ notice for an order. Dates can fill up quickly, so we always recommend ordering as early as possible. If you want to pre-order in advance for a particular date, no problem just add a message into the ‘notes’ section when you order.

When is my order confirmed?

Online orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email and a personalised email from Erica and Charlie to confirm your postal delivery/ collection date. Please note that no orders are confirmed until payment has been received.

Where’s my order confirmation?

Please check your junk/ spam folder if you don’t receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of booking. If you have any questions please phone 01622 210980.

Can I make changes once I’ve placed my order?

Once your order is placed, we cannot make any changes to your order.

Can you post my order?

Postal delivery is available for macarons, hand painted cakes and gingerbread. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery next day delivery service. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, but will email a tracking number to you once your item is posted.

Our online cakes selection are generally posted Monday to Thursday. A Saturday Special Delivery service is available. Additional postage costs apply.

Will I need to sign for my postal delivery?

We post all of our postal orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Yes, you will need to sign for your delivery.

It’s your responsibility to ensure that you have given Bluebell Kitchen your correct delivery information and telephone number, and that someone is available to receive your order. We accept no responsibility for any loss or consequential loss by you as a result of incorrect information. More information is detailed in our Terms and Conditions on ordering.

Can I collect my order?

Of course, we love to meet our clients! Collection is available from our studio in Maidstone, Kent. We will email our home-based studio address when your order is confirmed by Erica and Charlie. If you don’t receive this within 24 hours of ordering please check your spam/ junk folder.

We’ll arrange the best time with you to collect your order. Any problems on the day, please don’t hesitate to phone us on 01622 210980.
