We have developed our mouthwatering range of luxury wedding and celebration cake flavours so that there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for rich chocolatey decadence, the fresh fruity flavours of summer or something deliciously unexpected, we’ve got you covered.

Each tier of your cake includes four layers of cake flavours and fillings, and balance is key. Our light sponge blends beautifully with the zing of our curds and jams, and the smooth creaminess of our buttercream. Each mouthful is layered with depth and flavour, infused with intense sweetness that’s moreish but never sickly.

Vanilla Summer Berry

Our signature twist on a classic.  Madagascan vanilla bean sponge layered with a silky vanilla buttercream and homemade summer berry jam.

Luscious Lemon

The perfect blend of tart and sweet. Mouthwatering lemon sponge swirled with Sicilian lemon curd and a light lemon buttercream.

Orange Blossom & Almond

Fluffy Valencian orange oil sponge is infused with delicate orange blossom water complemented with a bold almond buttercream. This cake has a sumptuous Mediterranean flair about it, which we adore.

Coconut and Blueberry

Creamy coconut sponge layered with coconut buttercream and homemade blueberry jam…delicate, unusual, unbelievably moreish.

Lemon & Elderflower Meringue

Perfect for spring and summer weddings, this flavour combination brings to mind the charm and elegance of an English country garden.

Peach Melba

Alternating layers of sweet peach and rich raspberry sponge filled with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and homemade raspberry jam, this cake tastes like a lazy, hazy day in late summer.

Tipsy Champagne & Strawberry

Indulge yourself with a Marc de Champagne & strawberry infused sponge filled with layers of the lightest buttercream and champagne and strawberry conserve. Decadence, but make it fruity.

Pistachio, Orange and Raspberry

We could wax lyrical about this flavour combination for hours. It’s unique and sophisticated, balancing the sweet nuttiness of the pistachio, the fragrance of the orange and the freshness of plump raspberries.

Rich Chocolate

Chocoholics, listen up, this cake is not messing around! Dark chocolate and caramel sponge is layered with an extravagant and silkily smooth Belgian chocolate buttercream.

Valencian Orange Chocolate

Terry’s has got nothing on this. Light chocolate sponge gently layered with a mouthwatering Valencian orange infused chocolate buttercream. Sweetly nostalgic and extremely sophisticated, this one’s a big crowd pleaser.

Cappuccino Coffee

There’s such elegance to coffee cake if you ask us. Think lush coffee infused Madagascan vanilla and coffee sponge accompanied with rich layers of coffee caramel buttercream.

Toffee Apple Crumble

If you’re looking for the feeling of cosy nights by the fire, this is it! Sticky toffee apple sponge is complemented with a dusting of cinnamon, Madagascan vanilla buttercream and homemade blackberry jam.
