I would like to start by thanking both Erica and Charlie for the incredible cake they made for my wedding on the 13th of September 2024, it was beyond expectations, they truly brought the vision to life! I chose toffee apple crumble as my flavour for all 3 tiers and it tasted like nothing I have ever had before. It was incredible!

It’s funny, one of my bridesmaids before walking down the aisle was trying to convince me that the cake was artificial – because she couldn’t grasp just how perfect it was! Haha! Compliments to you both.

We felt both of them instantly “got” us and our idea of our dream cake, understood the aesthetic we were striving towards and made our dreams reality.

Erica and Charlie made the most wonderful wedding cake for our wedding earlier this year. When we came across their instagram page during our initial research phase, we instantly loved their delicate and sophisticated designs, the intricate flowers and the elegant cake shapes.

They were super responsive and we quickly set up a call to brainstorm our ideas and design wishes.

Communicating with Charlie and Erica was very easy via email and they kept us updated throughout the process, from cake-testing (best part!) to design approval to the actual cake being made in the run-up to the wedding. They also seamlessly communicated with our florist in order to ensure the cake flowers matched the underlying flower theme and everything came together beautifully.

We could not have hoped for a more beautiful and fitting cake and could not recommend them more highly. Thanks so much, Charlie and Erica! M&K

Matt and I just wanted to get in touch quickly to thank you for our wedding cake – it was everything we had hoped for and more!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your professionalism, time and effort, and for being just absolutely delightful to work with from the start to finish. The cake definitely stole the show and at one point we had people lining up to take photos of (and with!) it – it was truly a work of art and tasted as delicious as it looked.

The cake was stunning and even better than I could have ever imagined, and the attention to detail was amazing.

Erica and Charlie made my wedding cake this April and it was just spectacular! The whole process from start to finish was lovely and easy. I cannot thank them enough and my husband and I, and both our families were so incredibly happy with it.

As well as being beautiful, it was also delicious! Everyone commented on how tasty the cake was (the coconut and blueberry was a big hit!) and there was more than enough to go around. I highly recommend going with them for your wedding cake.

They listened to everything we asked for and created exactly what we were after. Our cake was stunning! It had the bright colours of a sunset and featured a mini version of our cat and flowers to match my bouquet. I’ll also never get over how good it tasted and I still think about the icing to this day…Part of me wants to get married again just so I can have a few more slices.
