We’ve created our one to one classes to be as flexible and personal as possible, giving you the space to focus on exactly what you want to learn. Whether you’re refining an existing skill or starting something completely new, the day is shaped entirely around you.

Every private class is fully hands-on, with plenty of demonstrations and step-by-step guidance throughout. Some popular options include:
• Creating delicate sugar flowers from scratch
• Gaining the skills and confidence to bake your own wedding cake
• An immersive one-to-one macaron day, from preparation and baking through to designing your own ombré macaron tower
• Exploring unexpected flavour combinations and learning how to balance fresh, bold flavours with sweetness
How to book a one-to-one class
To begin planning your one to one class, please contact us, phone or email us We’ll chat through what you’d love to learn and help you decide whether a full day or half day would suit you best.
• Full day: 10am – 5pm (including lunch) is £400.00
• Half day: 10am – 1pm is £250.00
All materials, tools and equipment are provided, along with refreshments throughout the day. Please contact us directly in the first instance to arrange your personalised one to one cake decorating class. Payment can be made via bank transfer or card, and payment plans are available.
