We collect information in the following way:
- Bluebell Cake Design Ltd t/a Bluebell Kitchen: To facilitate the processing of your booking for a tasting consultation, wedding or celebration cake order, or workshop registration.
- Newsletter/Mailing List Sign-up: To send you updates and relevant information regarding our services, workshops, and general offerings.
- Website Content: To ensure that content from our site is displayed in the most effective and user-friendly way for your device.
- Service Updates: To keep you informed about any changes or updates to our services.
We Use Your Personal Data:
Bluebell Kitchen takes your privacy very seriously and will never disclose or share your data without your consent, unless required to do so by law, or in connection with the provision of our services for your wedding/celebration event/workshops. We only retain your data for as long as is necessary and for the purpose(s) specified in this notice.
The purposes and reasons for processing your personal data are detailed below:
- We collect your personal data in order to provide wedding/celebration cakes/ workshops, and ensure that the items to be supplied by Bluebell Kitchen to you are as agreed in our proposal/ invoice.
- To answer questions and queries and also to request testimonials. We may use the information given to improve our products.
- We may occasionally send information about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting, where you have consented to be contacted for such purpose.
- To send you information required by law, eg changes to our Privacy Notice, or to send you details of changes to the services we provide.
Information Storage:
- If you book a consultation and tasting box with us, you will be asked to supply your email address together with your first and surnames, your home address and phone number, using the on line calendar Calendly when you book.
- If you have given us your email address along with your first name to receive our newsletter, it will be stored via Mailerlite. If you do not wish to receive marketing information you can opt out at any time by letting us know either in writing by email info@bluebellkitchen.co.uk or by clicking on the unsubscribe button on the marketing email.
- If you book a place on one of our workshops via our website, your personal data will be noted. This will include your email address, first and surnames, you card billing details and your payment information. We do this via Stripe which will supply your personal information including your name and email address to us but will never send us your financial information. Stripe has its own privacy policy.
Sharing and Disclosing Your Personal Information:
We do not share or disclose any of your personal information without your consent, other than for the purposes specified in this notice or where there is a legal requirement.
