We are excited to offer macaron and cake classes at Bluebell Kitchen’s cake studio in Maidstone, Kent. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or want to update your skills we have a class for you.
We keep class sizes small as we want you to feel that you get plenty of 1-2-1 time with us. You will leave inspired to recreate what you have learned in your own kitchen and impress your family and friends with your cake expertise!
We provide all equipment, tools and refreshments. Lunch is provided for full day classes only.
We are within easy reach of the M20, junction 5 and close to mainline train stations for easy reach from London and all of Kent and the South East. Detailed directions to Bluebell Kitchen by car and train, accommodation and taxi information will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

Macarons are known as the divas of the cake world. Join us at our cake studio in Maidstone, Kent to learn all the secrets to create stunning macarons in this 4 hour macaron class (9.30 am – 1.30 pm). This is a full on BAKING class and you will be able to experiment with all sorts of flavour combinations.
We’ll provide tips and tricks to avoid some common mistakes you might encounter along the way.

Our love for bold, stunning and stylish handmade sugar flowers means we are delighted to hold a full one day beginners show stopping sugar flower course. You will learn how to create our signature style of rose, hydrangeas, selection of petunias, blossoms and buds together with leaves and foliage at our cake studio in Maidstone, Kent. You’ll be amazed at what you will learn in one day and gain the confidence to recreate these flowers to add to your own cakes!

Romantic pastels, peonies & roses masterclass is perfect for anyone who wants to learn to create bold, stunning and stylish sugar flowers.
In this intensive two day class you will recreate this design on a three tier version learning how to ice in a professional style and how to make sugar flowers including peonies, full blown roses, anemones, petunias, tiny blossoms and foliage.

Have you always wondered how the professionals make show stopping wedding and party cookie favours? Do you fancy making your own wow celebration cookie favours? We’ll share the secrets as to how to create your own tiered cookie favours in this fun, hands on baking, icing and decorating class held at our studio in Maidstone, Kent.

Love baking, but haven’t had much success in ganaching and icing your delicious cakes? This class is the perfect introduction for you to learn and feel more confident in ganaching and icing your celebration cakes. You will also learn to create gorgeous simple handmade sugar flower decorations to finish your design.
We are delighted to offer one to one bespoke cake decoration tuition at our cake studio in Maidstone, Kent. Please contact us, phone or email us and we can discuss a full day (10 am – 5 pm including lunch) or half day (10 am – 1 pm) detailed course for you. Timings can be flexible.
A full day personalised, bespoke one to one course costs £395.00 and a half day personalised, bespoke one to one course costs £200.00. All materials, tools, equipment and refreshments will be provided.
