1. Small, Personalised Classes

We keep all our classes deliberately small, with no more than four students.  We ensure that you receive individual attention so you can work at your own pace and feel supported throughout.  There’s plenty of time for you to ask questions at every stage in fact, we’re ready to answer any and every question that you might have.

Whether you’re mastering your first macaron or fine-tuning a technique, we’re by your side every step of the way.

2. A Seamless Experience—Everything is Included

From the moment you book we try to ensure that that your whole learning experience is as  relaxed and fun as possible.  We will provide everything from aprons to coffee (and of course cake) to a welcome pack so that you can make lots of notes whilst you’re learning.  We always include all of our recipes along with little tips and tricks reminders for when your baking at home.

We’re also available at the end of a phone after the class in case you’ve got any urgent baking questions!

One-to-One Classes

For a truly bespoke experience, our private classes offer a completely personalised approach.  This is really where we are put on the spot to design a class just for you.

We’ve created our one-to-one classes so that you can learn specific new skills or refine techniques that you might have been struggling with…and of course ask us anything and everything.

As with all of our classes, they are hands on with lots of practical demonstrations.  Whether you’re interested in sugar flowers, celebration cakes, or the finer points of macaron towers, we tailor the session entirely to you and your baking and cake decorating skills.

4. Expert tutors, real cake and macaron designers

We (Erica and Charlie) teach on all the classes.   We’re the mother and daughter team behind Bluebell Kitchen and bring years of experience and an eye for detail into every class we teach. Our aim is not only to help you learn, but to inspire you with techniques and ideas you can carry into your own kitchen long after the day ends.  And as we’ve already said, we’re always on the end of a phone to answer any extra questions you might have after the class.
